cross pastture to 2nd spring loaded gate look for trail markers, once you enter the taril the recomended direction is clockwise.<br />

We should have a trail map in the parking corral in the near future, but the trail is well marked and easily followed.
directions to Grassy Island Trail. Take Hwy 70 into Okeechobee at the intersection of 70 & 441 (there is a CVS and Walgreens at this intersection) turn north onto 441 go about 3 miles north (look for us forrestry fire tower on your right) you will turn left just before tower onto Hilyer road/NW 50thDR travel approximately 2 miles parking corral will be on your right.
